Aim for Success to present to intermediate schools The nationally acclaimed program, Aim for Success, will make three presentations to students in grades 5 and 6 in May. The health based organization is the largest provider of sexual abstinence program in the nation and covers topics including teenage pregnancy and the epidemic of sexually transmitted diseases.
The presentations to the students are scheduled for May 8 at Draper Intermediate, May 9 at Davis Intermediate and May 30, at Harrison Intermediate.
Parents who want to know more about the program and to preview the topics to be covered are encouraged to attend an informational meeting at Davis Intermediate May 1 at 7 p.m. Aim for Success can also provide tools and medical information to parents to help them communicate effectively with their children about these sensitive topics.
