WISD Board of Trustees honors Eric Lindsey

A special reception honoring former School Board Member Eric Lindsey was held recently at the Wylie Educational Service Center.  Mr. Lindsey resigned in July 2007 to take a marketing position with a sportswear company in Denver, Colorado.  He served as trustee for WISD since 2000, most recently as Secretary. 

School Board President Susan Shuler presented Mr. Lindsey with a plaque acknowledging his seven years of service to WISD and a 2007 yearbook from WHS.  Joined by members Sue Nicklas, Ralph James and Ronni Fetzer, Mrs. Shuler also expressed appreciation of Mr. Lindsey’s dedication to the students of Wylie ISD.   

Mr. Lindsey and his wife, Tammy, have lived in Wylie since 1989.  They have two children, Matt and Anna, both graduates of Wylie High School.
