Graduates or former students may request a copy of their official transcript from Wylie High School using the following steps:

1. Complete the form found on the following link. Transcript Request Form
2. Fax the form (972 442-1879) or email the form to Wylie High School.  Email requests should be sent to pam.bogert@wylieisd.net
3. The transcript request will be completed within 48 hours in most cases.
4. Phone calls and voice mail will not be sufficient when requesting a transcript. We must have the completed form.
