Wylie High School Schedule Change Procedures

If you have a schedule conflict and need a schedule change please use one

of the following two options available to you. 

1. You may come up to the school and fill out an orange schedule change form located in front of each student service center.  Place the completed form in the box provided and your counselor will get to the forms in the order they were submitted.

2.   You can also download the form below and submit it via e-mail to        

       the following address depending on your last name. (You must   

       have Microsoft Word to view form.)
