The Wylie Independent School District offers a full-day instructional program for students who are five-years old, on or before September 1, 2009.

Eligibility:

The child must be five-years old on or before September 1, 2009.

Required Registration Documents

• A copy of Official Birth Certificate

• A complete up-to-date, immunization record, signed by physician and/or clinic

•                                     Health Information and Requirements for 2009-2010

• Proof of Residency

• Social Security Card

• Parent Drivers License

• Proof of Income if applying for Free or Reduced Lunch Programs

Transportation:
