The Care Van is coming back to Wylie ISD

The Care Van offers free vaccinations to children 0-18 years of age.  All recommended and required immunizations for the 2010-2011 school year will be available.

Time:    5-7 p.m.
Location:  Wylie East High School
-Parent and/or Guardian must be present
-Bring your child's immunization records
-All recommended and required immunizations for children ages 0 to 18 years old.
