How to Drop Kids Off at Dodd
How to Pick Kids Up from Dodd
Please be reminded that any student with a fever (100 degrees or
greater) must be “fever-free” WITHOUT medication for 24 hours before
returning to school. We welcome any donations of Lysol wipes as we
keep the classrooms sanitized.
2nd GRADE MUSICAL
The Second Grade
students have been working hard during their Music classes and are
excited about their upcoming musical called I Write The Music In
America. The musical will be presented on Thursday, March 11 at
7:00 p.m. and on Friday, March 12 during Dinobeat. We invite all
parents and friends to come and enjoy the show! The PTA will have a
general meeting just prior to the musical at 6:30 p.m.
SPRING BREAK
School will be
closed for Spring Break, Monday, March 15 through Friday, March 19.
School resumes Monday, March 22.
HELP
US IN THE RECYCLING CONTEST!
Dodd is recycling!
Right
now we are in 4th place in the recycling contest with all
the other Elementary schools. We don’t want to lose our first place
title that we have held now for two years! Please bring your old
magazines, phonebooks and newspapers to our Abitibi Recycling
Containers in the back parking lot. Come on Dodd - let’s show them
who is GREEN!!!!
MARK YOUR CALENDAR
Parent/Teacher
conferences are being scheduled for the week of March 22. Please
take this opportunity to meet your child’s teacher to discuss
his/her progress.
SCIENCE CLUB
The N.E.R.D.S. will meet
on Wednesday, March 24 (club A) and Thursday, March 25 (club B) from
2:30 – 3:30 p.m.
DINO KIDS
The Dino Kids for March
will be recognized at Dinobeat on Friday, March 26 at 7:30 a.m.
