REGISTRATION FOR NEW STUDENTS, 2007-2008
New students to Burnett Junior High
School may pick
up enrollment packets in the front office, Monday-Friday, 8:00
a.m.-4:00 p.m., during the months of June and July. At that time, parents may
schedule an appointment to
meet with the registrar, Theresa Rice, to complete the enrollment.
What to Bring for a Successful Enrollment:

Current utility bill
with name and address as proof of residency (such as water, gas,
electricity, or a lease/contract on housing--TELEPHONE OR CABLE
BILLS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED)

Last report card (year
end showing placement for 2006-2007)

Shot record

Social Security Card
-
Picture I.D. of person
enrolling child
